By put forward the proposal of constructing a community of shared future for mankind, it has createda new path to development of international human rights. By attaching importance to the improvement and implementation of the Constitution and laws, promoting the democratization of international human rights protection and bringing it under the rule of law, it provides guarantee for the realization of human rights.By taking Marxism as its guidance,adhering to the original intention of the communists, namely to serve the people, and embodying the traditional Chinese values of “benevolence” and “harmony”, it has pointed out the direction for the comprehensive development and social progress in China and for the liberation of all mankind.
