The Second Think Tank Summit Forum of the Press Industry, jointly sponsored by Guangxi Normal University and Rong Think Tank, and jointly organized by Guangxi University Press, Central China Land Media, and China Land Digital Media Technology, was held in Guilin City, Guangxi Province on June 27, 2018. The Summit Forum was attended by over 60 prominent experts and scholars as well more than 300 strategic planners and key staff members of publishing enterprises in China. Dr. Yang Yanchao, a research fellow at the Intellectual Property Law Department of CASS Law Institute, gave a keynote speech on “Blockchains and the Development of Copyright Industry” at the Forum.
