On April 26, 2018, Professor Liao Fan, a research fellow and the Head of the Research Coordination and International Cooperation of CASS Institute of International Law, was interviewed by the CGTN (China Global Television Network) channel “China 24” about the Establishment of Shanghai Financial Court. In the interview, Professor Liao explained the significance of the set up of this specialized financial court to the construction of the international financial center and free trade port in Shanghai and the prospect of setting up financial courts or tribunals throughout the country.
