This book is a comprehensive and in-depth analysis, in accordance with the logic of company law, of the construction of the legal system of foreign companies in a country. Divided into six chapters, it mainly discusses the following issues: legal analysis of the personality of foreign companies; the foreign company access system, the social responsibility of foreign companies, “breaking the veil of foreign companies”, the regulation of foreign companies, and the evacuation of foreign companies.The author of this book, Dr. Zhao Lei, is an associate research fellow at CASS Law Institute.
