The author of the book, Dr. Zou Hailin, is a Research fellow at the Civil Law Department of CASS Law Institute and a professor of the Law Faculty of Graduate School of CASS. He is also a financial arbitrator at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and an arbitrator of foreign-related cases at Beijing Arbitration Commission.
