Supervision is one of the main monitoring mechanisms provided for by Chinese Constitution. The reform of the state supervision system and the integration of supervisory functions will inevitably have an impact on the people’s congress system, the monitoring system, civil rights and the structure of the state. To adapt to this reform, the author suggests that the Chinese Constitution be revised at an appropriate time to confirm the constitutional status of the Supervision Committee and make adjustments to the relevant systems and mechanisms.
