On December 15, 2017, Dr. Yang Yanchao, an associate research fellow at the Department of Intellectual Property Law of CASS Law Institute, was interviewed by the CCTV program “Hotline 12” on legal issues relating to the protection of circuses as intangible cultural heritage. In the interview, Dr. Yang mainly discussed the issue of how to resolve the conflicts triggered by the determination of circuses as intangible cultural heritage and the changes of the existing laws.
