On July 12, 2017, the Second National Exhibition of Typical Cases of Administration Service Hall, jointly organized by China Society of Administrative Reform, the Editorial Board of Ziguangge, a magazine published by the Work Committee of Central Government Departments, and the web portal people.com.cn, was launched at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on July 12, 2017. The exhibition was participated by organs of the Central Government and local governments at various levels. Over 170 typical cases are exhibited, which demonstrate in a comprehensive way the achievements made by governments various levels in streamlining administration and delegating power to the lower levels, combining delegation power and strengthening regulation, and optimizing services. Over 70 persons, including officials responsible for administration service halls of various departments and leaders of commissions of economic and information technology of the Central Government and those of local governments of Beijing Municipality, Guangdong Province and Shaanxi Province attended the event. At the exhibition, Mr. Wang Manchuan, Vice President of China Society of Administrative Reform, introduced the participation by China Society of Administrative Reform in the exhibition and pointed out the Society will undertake the tasks of building the expert team, establishing index system for the assessment and selection of typical cases, and the preparation of investigation reports on the activities, so as to ensure that the activities achieve expected results. Mr. Sun Haifeng, Deputy Editor-in-chief of people.com.cn indicated that his web portal would open a special webpage for the exhibition and publicity the activities through its micro-blog and WeChat official account. Professor Lu Yanbin, Head of the Department of Survey and Studies of National Situation of Rule of Law, attended the event and gave a speech on the current situation of development of government service hall in China at the exhibition.
