      Liu Huawen, Professor of international human rights law and Assistant Director of Institute of International Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS).

He is also General Secretary of the Center for Human Rights Studies, CASS; Deputy General Secretary of the Center for Gender and Law Studies, Institute of Law, CASS.

He used to be Director of Department of Research Administration and International Cooperation, Institute of Law, CASS from September 2005 to April 2010; Legal consultant for UNICEF China and All China Women's Federation (ACWF) for Project on Revision of Chinese Law on Protection of Minors in 2006; and Chief of the EU Micro-project on Promotion of the Awareness and Protection of the Disadvantaged Children in China from January 2007 to June 2008.
