      Research Areas

Basic theory of international law; law of the sea, fishery law and marine affairs; published near 100 research reports and academic articles in Ocean Development & International Law, Peking University Law Journal, Modern Law Science, Science of Law and many other core journals. Some of his articles were selected as teaching materials for graduate students by many universities in the U.S. and Canada. He has won over 20 awards and prizes for his research results. Currently he is the leader of many research projects funded by National Social Sciences Fund, the Foreign Ministry, and the Ministry of Justice.
