Zhi Zhenfeng is the Professor of Law, the director of department of cyber and information law and deputy-editor-in-Chief of Global Law Review at CASS Institute of Law.

His research focuses on Legal Philosophy, Legal Culture, Judicial Reform, and Cyber Law. His recent publications include On Cyberspace Sovereignty, Online Live Video of Trial in Cinese People's Court, Rule of Law and Regulations of Online News and Information.He is a graduate of Law School at CASS Graduate School, Tsinghua University Law School, Northwest University Law School. He was a postdoctoral researcher in Politics at Peking University from 2008 to 2010.
