On October 23, 2018, Professor Yang Yanchao, a research fellow at CASS Law Institute, was invited by the organizers of the Training Course for Cadres in Tianjin Municipality at the Section and Bureau Levels, which was at held in a Mountain Villa in Beijing,to give a keynote lecture at the training course. The topic of his lecture was “the Legal Nature and the Situation Application of Blockchains”.
