The Annual Conference of China Institute of Legal Historyin 2018 was held in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Provinceon September 8, 2018. At the conference, elections were held for members of the Tenth Council and Executive Council of the Institute. A total of 190 council members and 67 executive council members were elected. Professor Zhang Sheng, a research fellow and the head of the Department of Legal History of CASS Law Institute, was elected the new Chairman of China Institute of Legal History; Professor Gao Hancheng, a research fellow and the deputy head of the Department of Legal History of CASS Law Institute, was elected Secretary-General of China Institute of Legal History,and Dr. Wang Shuiyi, an assistant research fellow at the Department of Legal History of CASS Law Institute, was elected Deputy Secretary-General of China Institute of Legal History.
