On October 12, 2017, the Academic Seminar on the Construction of Intra-Party Regulation System, organized by CASS Law Institute, was successfully held in Beijing. The seminar was attended by over 40 scholars and experts from various universities and research institutions throughout the country, including the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, CASS, Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law, Central University of Finance and Economics, Capital University of Economics, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Wuhan University, Sichuan University, Shandong University, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Fujian Normal University, Party School of Zhejiang Province, and Party School of Guangdong Province. The seminar consists of four parts, in which the participants gave keynote speeches and carried out in-depth discussions on various issues around such topics as the theoretical basis of intra-Party regulation system, ruling the country by law and governing the Party in accordance with regulations; the construction of the intra-Party regulation system; and the system of adoption of intra-Party regulations.
