On March 12, 2017, Professor Liao Fan, a research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, was interviewed by China Global Television Network (CGTN) program “China 24” on this year’s work reports of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. In the interview, Professor Liao explained and commented on the various issues relating to the innovations and breakthroughs made by the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate in the previous year in the fight against corruption, the prevention and rectification of miscarriage of justice, and prevention and control of bullying and violence in schools.
