The English and Russian Versions of the Third Party Evaluation Report on the Informatization of Chinese Courts Published by Social Sciences Academic Press

Between September 2015 and March 2016, a project team of CASS Law Institute carried out a third-party evaluation of informatization of Chinese courts from the perspectives of implementing the principle of administration of justice for the people, promoting judicial transparency, and servicing state governance and, in cooperation with Social Sciences Academic Press, published the results of evaluation as a part of the book series National Think Tank. The launching ceremony of the book was held on April 12, 2016. After its publication, the book has received very good social responses. In order to enable people from different countries and regions to better understand the achievements made by China and share the Chinese practical experience in the field of informatization of courts, Social Sciences Academic Press published the English and Russian version of the Third Party Evaluation Report, which is the first third party evaluation report on the informatization of courts in China, as well as the first book to introduce China’s achievements in the field of informatization of courts in the three languages of Chinese, English and Russian.
