At the Seventeenth National Conference of Annual Report Books held in Zhengzhou City, Hubei Province on August 5, 2016, the Blue Book on the Rule of Law: Report on the Development of the Rule of Law in China No. 13 (2015),compiled by CASS Law Institute, was once again awarded the First Prize for Excellent Annual Report Book in China. In this year’s assessment, the Blue Book on the Rule of Law, with a total composite score of 97.6, ranked among the best of annual report books published in China in 2015. Among the over 300 annual report books participating in the assessment, eight won the first prize, 13 won the second prize, and 18 won the third prize.
