CASS Law Institute Signs Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in the Construction of a Law-based Government with the Government of Linzhi City, Tibetan Autonomous Region

On July 6-12, 2016, a delegation of CASS Law Institute, led by Director Li Lin, visited Linzhi City, Tibetan Autonomous Region. During the visit, the delegation signed a Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in the Construction of a Law-based Government with the Government of Linzhi City and carried out on-site investigations on the practice of the Government of Linzhi City in the fields of law-based government, judicial reform, people’s livelihood, environmental protection and publicity of law. Members of the delegation include Professor Xie Zengyi, Head of the Department of Research Coordination and International Cooperation, Professor Li Honglei, the Chief Researcher of the innovation project “Studies on Administrative Law Issues in the Process of Deepening Economic Reform and Comprehensively Building a Moderately Prosperous Society”, Professor Zhai Guoqiang, an executive research of the project, and Dr. Lu Chao, an assistant research fellow of CASS Law Institute.
