Mr. Tian Fu’s Paper’s Awarded “The Second Prize for Excellence in the Research of Procuratorial Theory in 2015” by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate

Recently, an article written by Mr. Tian Fu, an assistant research fellow of CASS Institute of International Law, has been awarded “the Second Prize for Excellence in the Research of Procuratorial Theory in 2015” by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. The paper is entitled “the Constitutional Connotation of the System of Independent Exercise of Procuratorial Power in accordance with Law” and was published in the journal Law and Social Development (No.2, 2015) and, at the invitation of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Mr. Tian Fu attended the 17th Annual National Conference on Procuratorial Theory held in Guilin City, Guangxi Province on May 19-20, 2016. This was the second time Mr. Tian Fu was awarded the “Prize for Excellence in the Research of Procuratorial Theory”. His 2012 paper “What Are Organs of Legal Supervision?”(Tribune of Political Science and Law, No.3, 2012) was awarded this prize by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate in 2013. Mr. Tian Fu has been engaging in the research on the procuratorial system from the perspective of constitutional dogmatics since 2011 and published many articles in this field. On April 13, 2016, he was engaged as a senior part-time researcher by the Center for Procuratorial Reform and Development of Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality.
