Professor Wang Minyuan Attends the Expert Symposium on “the Standardized Construction and Use of Places for Fighting Corruption under the Rule of Law”

On May 6, 2016, the Expert Symposium on “the Standardized Construction and Use of Places for Fighting Corruption under the Rule of Law”, jointly organized by the Procuratorate of Zhenjiang City and the Law School of Renmin University of China, was successfully held in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. The Symposium was presided over by Mr. Yu Botao, the Procurator-General of the Procuratorate of Zhenjiang City, and attended by a number of scholars and experts from various universities and research institutions in China, including Professor Wang Minyuan, a research fellow of CASS Law Institute and Vice Chairman of China Society of Criminal Procedure Law. At the Symposium, the experts discussed various issues relating to the standardized construction and use of places for fighting corruption under the rule of law, namely designated places for holding high-ranking government officials who are under investigation for corruption.
