New Reports in Criminal Law is a series of collected academic papers published under the sponsorship of the CASS Project of Key Disciplines of Criminal Law. It is aimed at carrying out in-depth exploration of the frontier issues and major theoretical and practical questions in the field of criminal law. This volume consists of five parts—Legislative Reform; Criminal Law Theory; Administration of Criminal Justice; Criminology; and International Criminal Law—and contains a total of 16 contributions from famous Chinese and foreign criminal law experts as well as selected articles from high-level international academic seminars in the field of criminal law.
