In order to encourage young and middle-aged scholars to engage in researches in the field of criminal procedure law and raise the academic level of researches in this field, China Society of Criminal Procedure Law recently sponsored the selection of excellent research results by young and middle-aged scholars in the field of criminal procedure law. In the selection, the post-doctoral research report of Dr. Ma Ke, a post-doctoral researcher at the CASS Law Institute, won the third prize. The title of the report is Studies on the Objects of Legal Relations in the Criminal Procedure.
