This book is a comprehensive introduction to the general situation, theoretical branches, new issues and new developments of international trade law, international investment law, international tax law, international ant-monopoly law, and international business law. It consists of six parts: Part One is a general introduction to international economic law; Part Two discusses issues relating to international trade law, including laws and dispute resolution mechanisms of the WTO, international rules on trade in goods, rules on trade remedy, trade-related IP agreements and trade in service agreement; Part Three introduces new developments in international investment law, including the access to, the operation, protection, and treatment of, and dispute resolution mechanisms relating to international investment, in the first decade of the 21st Century; Part Four introduces the development of international financial law in the first decade of the 21 century, including international financial organizations, international monetary system, international commercial loan, issuance of and trade in international securities, and international financial regulation; Part Five discusses issues relating to international tax law, including international taxation jurisdiction, international double taxation and its elimination, international taxation agreement, international tax evasion and its regulation; Part Six introduces the concept, characteristics, legal sources, and historical development of international business law, the law on the international sales of goods, the law on international cargo transportation, the law on international cargo transportation insurance, and the law on the payment of international trade.
