Taking the WTO legal system and the system of EU Law as the background and using the methods of case analysis, comparative study and historical analysis, this book tries to construct the overall framework, sort out the main content, and analyze the main rules—especially those relating to China—of EU trade law, and explains the theoretical implications and practical operation of these rules. On the basis of comprehensive introduction and analysis of EU trade law, the author analyzes the legal problems existing in the China-EU trade relationship and puts forward suggestions on countermeasures. The purpose of this book is to provide information and reference to Chinese government in the decision-making in the field of foreign trade and to exporting Chinese enterprises, so as to contribute to the construction of a harmonious and mutually beneficial trade relationship between China and EU.
